We want you to love your stwomens.com purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit stwomens.com and log into your account.
  2. Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Follow the prompts to generate a return label.

Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size/color is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
